1. Use of the Website
Visitors may use this website to view Writing Legacies, read service information, explore examples of creative work, use the website guide, search the website, contact the creator, and submit project enquiries.
Visitors must not misuse the website, attempt to damage it, interfere with forms or chat systems, copy protected writing material, or use the content in a misleading way.
2. Website Content and Protected Materials
Artwork, writing, poems, edits, videos, sketches, fashion designs, animation work, layout, brand images, logo-style visuals, and creative materials shown on this website are for display and service explanation unless clearly stated otherwise.
Visitors must not copy, redistribute, sell, claim, repost, download, trace, reproduce, screenshot for misuse, or use these materials commercially without permission. Some pages may include protections such as disabled copying, disabled right-clicking, disabled dragging, watermarks, or protected writing sections, but no protection method can guarantee that online content cannot be copied.
3. Website Guide, Search, and Information Accuracy
The website guide is provided to help visitors understand the main website options. The help button may open the guide from the homepage and return visitors to the page they were on after the guide is finished or skipped.
The search feature is provided to help visitors find words and information across the website. Search results are for convenience and may not show every possible result or context. Visitors should still read the relevant page carefully before making a project request.
4. Third-Party Material in Edits
Some Manhwa edit examples may use images or scenes from third-party stories, official artwork, or fan art for edit demonstration. The editing, timing, effects, sequencing, music/text arrangement, and presentation are examples of editing work. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
5. Project Requests, Quotes, and Pricing
Submitting a form or anonymous message is an enquiry or project request. It does not automatically create a confirmed order until details, pricing, timeline, payment, scope, revision terms, and delivery expectations are discussed and accepted.
Prices shown on the website are starting ranges, base tiers, examples, or estimates. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins after project details are reviewed. Pricing may change based on length, complexity, deadline, research needs, revision needs, format, references, file requirements, and additional work requested.
6. Communication and Anonymous Mode
Communication may be carried out through email, WhatsApp, voice call, video call, contact forms, project forms, or Anonymous Mode depending on customer comfort and project needs.
Anonymous Mode allows customers to send live project messages using an anonymous customer ID without entering their name or other details. A green dot means the anonymous chat is live after a message has been sent, and a red dot means it is not live yet. Anonymous Mode can be used for initial communication, but customers are still responsible for giving accurate project details and any required order or payment information once a project is confirmed.
7. Payments
Work begins after advance or full payment is received, depending on the agreed project size and payment arrangement. Small projects may require full payment upfront. Larger projects may be split into an advance payment and final payment before delivery. Payment details or payment instructions are shared after the quote is confirmed.
8. Revisions and Additional Work
Revisions depend on the agreed project scope. Extra revisions, major changes, urgent deadlines, extra research, added scenes, added length, new formats, new references, new deliverables, or work outside the original scope may require extra time and additional charges.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Refunds and cancellations follow the stated policy. Cancellation is only possible within 1–2 days of placing the order for a full refund, unless work has already progressed significantly. If the project is already half complete, the refund will usually be 50% or less.
Partial or full refunds are offered only when there is a mistake on my side or when the customer cancels the order. The refund amount depends on completed work, project progress, time already spent, and the reason for cancellation.
10. Delivery
Delivery format and timeline depend on the type of project. Written work may be delivered as text or document format. Visual, illustration, animation, or editing work may be delivered as images, videos, or another agreed file format. Final files are delivered after the agreed payment and project terms are completed.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project details, references they have permission to use, deadlines, format requirements, revision requests, and communication details. Customers should not submit illegal, harmful, stolen, or misleading content as part of a project request.
12. No Guarantee of Specific Results
Creative work is subjective. While care will be taken to follow the agreed style, brief, and requirements, exact results, audience reaction, social media performance, marks, approval, ranking, search visibility, or commercial outcome cannot be guaranteed.
13. External Services
This website may rely on external services for hosting, forms, live anonymous chat, email, YouTube links, WhatsApp links, phone links, and website functionality. These services may have their own terms, limits, availability, errors, delays, or technical issues outside the control of Writing Legacies.
14. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated when the website changes, when new features are added, or when project, payment, communication, privacy, or delivery policies need clarification. Continued use of the website after updates means the visitor accepts the updated version.
