For the launch offer, those will automatically be given to the first few customers. For a returning customer offer the customer has to provide their previous order's order id and contact details or anonymous id if applicable. And for the referral offer the person being referred must make an order and then the person who referred their friend must ask their friend for their order id and after I have received confirmation then both clients get a discount of 10% on their next confirmed order.

Yes. Projects can be customized by theme, style, genre, mood, format, audience, references, character personality, pacing, and required level of detail.

Yes. Ideation support can include brainstorming concepts, developing a story direction, creating themes, fixing plot holes, shaping characters, and planning video ideas.

The choice is up to the customer’s comfort. Customers can refer to the Contact section and choose communication through WhatsApp, voice call, video call, or Gmail.

Yes. If you wish to be anonymous, simply choose the “Anonymous Mode” option in the navigation menu. You will not have to provide your name or other personal details, only the details of the service you are ordering and required payment information. Communication can be started from the website itself through the anonymous message box.

Delivery depends on the project. Written work can be delivered as text or document format. Visual and editing work can be delivered as images, videos, or other agreed file formats.

Partial or full refunds are offered only when there is a mistake on my side or when the customer cancels the order. The refund amount depends on completed work and the reason.

Cancellation is only possible within 1–2 days of placing the order for a full refund. If the project is already half complete, the refund will usually be 50% or less.

Use Anonymous Mode from the navigation menu to send a live project message without entering your name or other details. A unique anonymous customer ID will be created and assigned to you so messages can be identified separately. After Anonymous Mode is turned on, the small person icon at the bottom-right opens the anonymous chat window. A green dot means the chat is live after a message has been sent, and a red dot means it is not live yet.
